1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings can be made via WhatsApp, website, phone, or email.
- A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is processed.
- For customized trips, please provide details in advance for a seamless experience.
2. Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online payment methods (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard).
- A deposit may be required for certain bookings, especially for full-day hires or special requests.
- Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, duration, and distance.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
- 50% charge applies for cancellations within 12 hours of pickup.
- No refund for cancellations within 6 hours or if the passenger does not show up.
4. Service Terms & Conditions
- Our drivers are professional, licensed, and English-speaking.
- Customers must respect local traffic rules and driver instructions for safety.
- Smoking, excessive drinking, or inappropriate behavior inside the vehicle is not allowed.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
- Unscheduled stops or extensions may incur additional charges.
5. Airport Transfers & Waiting Time
- For airport pickups, customers must provide accurate flight details.
- Our drivers will wait up to 90 minutes after landing. Beyond this, additional charges apply.
- If a flight is delayed, kindly inform us as soon as possible to adjust pickup time.
6. Insurance & Liability
- While we ensure safe and reliable transport, Your Bali Taxi is not liable for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Loss of personal belongings during the trip.
- Accidents caused by external factors beyond our control.
- We highly recommend travel insurance for added protection.

- We respect your privacy and handle your personal data with care.
- Any information collected during booking is used solely for service purposes.
